Filing Fees:
Rule 32 fee: $215.00
Writ of Certiorari fee: $215.00
Filing Fee for an Appeal to the Criminal Court of Appeals is $100.00. This fee is made payable directly to the State of Alabama and mail directly to Montgomery.
